Complaints and Feedback

Last updated: October 2026

Anyone who reaches out to Bordersinitiative Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that didn't happen for you, we would like to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • How Bordersinitiative Garage Doors handled your call or message
  • How your personal information was treated
  • Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one manages its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact that provider directly and keep written notes of what was said.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Bordersinitiative Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@bordersinitiative.buzz and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you know it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A description of what happened and the outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which might include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You're Still Unhappy

If our answer doesn't satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
